New Look On Line Shop

We are still on track to get all our outstanding orders out by the end of March and there are some lovely loking units shortly to go into the post. In the meantime we will also be launching the new look on line shop in the first weeks of March. This will include customer login so each customer will have their own account, up to date stock listing and a change to the way in which we sell our figures. Customers will also be able to track the status of their orders. Items listed as in stock will already have been painted and will be ready for posting as soon as they are ordered. We will also be able to email customers with updates on the availablilty of new units and special offers. Coming soon to the website will be the first of the Perry plastic British Hussars and the Victrix metal British hussars as well as command figures and American Civil War. It is our hope that the new shop will be much clearer and easier to use and will help us to control the flow of orders that we recieve. It would be fair to say that we underestimated the time it takes us to paint a unit to the standard that we wish to maintain and the effort to catch up with ordesr has been morale sapping but their is light at the end of the tunnel.
